Dear members, We hope you are all keeping safe and well in these uncertain times.

As you are aware due to the Covid restrictions and the uncertainty regarding The Centres future, our AGM for 2020 was postponed.

We can now confirm that our AGM will now be held "Virtually" by Zoom Conference on Saturday January 23rd 2021 and everyone is encouraged to attend this meeting.

Registering to attend

To assist with the organisation of this virtual meeting, we ask that people register their intent to attend by contacting The Centre Secretary Mrs Sandra England by telephone (number is in 2020 Rally Book) or by email at northlancssecretary@gmail.com giving your name and membership number. You will then receive your meeting password and relevant documents two weeks prior to the meeting.

Nominations

Please note that all nominations for Chairman, officers and committee must be in the hands of The Secretary by 2.30pm on Saturday January 9th 2021. This can be done via email stating your name and your membership number together with the names and membership numbers of your Proposer and Seconder. The Secretary will then confirm details with those concerned.

We all look forward to seeing you virtually on January 23rd and hopefully in person on a rally field soon.
